EMGuidance Payment Terms and Conditions

This agreement should be read in conjunction with the EMGuidance General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform immediately.

1. Payments

Payment Methods:
EMGuidance accepts payment via credit card or other payment methods as specified on the EMGuidance platform.

Once-off Payments:
EMGuidance may offer once-off payment options for certain products or services. These options will be clearly indicated on the EMGuidance platform.

Subscription Fees:
EMGuidance offers access to certain products on a monthly or annual subscription basis, with fees payable in advance. The applicable fees are set out in the relevant product and order placed by you on the EMGuidance platform.

Late Payments:
If any fee is not paid on time, EMGuidance may suspend your access to the product and/or platform until payment is made. If payment is not made by the end of the following month, EMGuidance may terminate your access to the product and/or platform.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription Refunds:
You can request a refund of the unused portion of subscriptions paid in advance less any direct costs associated with processing such a refund.

Refunds for once-off payments will only be considered if:

- The Product or Service was purchased in error, or
- The course content is materially misrepresented in its description.

Purchases for E-books and digital services like online CPD accredited activities can unfortunately not be refunded nor cancelled after they have been accessed or completed.

3. Changes to Fees

EMGuidance may adjust subscription fees at its discretion by providing you with 30 days written notice.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

All requests must be submitted to support@emguidance.com

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to approval based on eligibility criteria set in this policy

Refund decisions will be made within 10 business days.

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
