Designed to equip nurses with the tools to become effective mentors, this course explores the benefits of mentorship, how it differs from supervision and the stages of a successful mentorship program. Participants are assessed through multiple-choice questions after each of the 5 modules.

I am a Specialist Family Physician with additional qualifications in Health Management, Public Health and Higher Education. Since 2004, I have led teams of healthcare professionals within the public health sector and donor-funded environment. My areas of expertise include Family Medicine and Primary Healthcare, Advanced HIV/TB Clinical Care, Non-communicable Diseases, Public Health, Health Management and Clinical Governance, Mentorship and Coaching, Project Management and Quality Improvement.
